Sit inside a small transformation team owning discovery, requirements and process design for a Sales Cloud rebuild across four business units.
You'll run stakeholder workshops, produce user stories the
delivery squad can actually build against, and be the bridge between commercial leadership and the tech team.
We're after strong Salesforce BAs (ideally certified) with experience of a full platform build
cycle and comfortable working with utilities, telco or similarly regulated industries.
