UK - Remote, some client site / office travel required on an adhoc basis
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Forma Talent are looking for a set of HubSpot Consultants to join a set of HubSpot Partners within the UK ecosystem. These partners will be looking for people with at least 3 years of HubSpot experience and ideally in a Consultancy / Partner / Agency setting, where that is not possible they would like to speak to people with experience working within cross function environments and have a technical understanding.
The role:
- Lead client discovery and translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions across CRM, Marketing, Sales and/or Service Hub
- Build and configure workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and reporting
- Own client relationships day-to-day, running calls and acting as the trusted point of contact
- Audit existing portals and recommend improvements
- Work independently, escalating to senior consultants only when needed
Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on HubSpot experience across multiple hubs (Marketing and Sales ideally)
- Agency or consultancy background strongly preferred — comfortable managing multiple concurrent clients
- Confidence running client conversations solo, not just executing a scoped brief
- Process-driven, not just campaign-focused
- HubSpot certifications a plus
