DealHub CPQ Specialist (Ad-hoc)
Start: October - November 26
6 month rolling contract
Rate: £50.00 - £60.00 per hour
Adhoc support, expectation of 20 hours per month

Forma Talent are recruiting on behalf of a client looking for a DealHub CPQ Specialist to support on an ad-hoc contract basis. This is a technical, hands-on role but one that requires a genuine understanding of the commercial process behind the platform, not just the configuration itself.
The Role
- Configure and optimise DealHub CPQ to support pricing, quoting and deal approval workflows
- Map and improve the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity-to-cash process within the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across DealHub configuration, workflows and integrations
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps and Finance stakeholders to ensure the platform reflects real commercial process, not just theoretical setup
- Support ad-hoc requests and improvements as they arise, engaging flexibly rather than on a fixed daily schedule
Experience required
- Proven hands-on DealHub CPQ configuration experience
- Strong technical understanding of CPQ architecture, pricing logic and approval workflows
- Genuine grasp of business process — able to translate lead-to-opportunity-to-cash requirements into platform logic, not just build to a spec
- Comfortable working on an ad-hoc, as-needed contract basis
- Strong stakeholder communication — able to work directly with commercial and finance teams
